<p class="Paragraph">When superscript text alone is underlined, the underline is raised. When superscript text is underlined along with normal text, the underline remains on the line.</p>
<p class="Paragraph"><help:help-text value="visible" xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help">Here you can select the color for the underlining.</help:help-text></p>
<p class="Paragraph"><help:help-text value="visible" xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help">In this area you can select a font effect in the combo box and also check the <span class="T1">Contour, Shadow style</span> and <span class="T1">Blinking</span> fields individually or in combination.</help:help-text></p>

<p class="Paragraph">Choose between the following effects:</p>

<p class="P2">None - to reset an earlier effect that has been chosen.</p>

<p class="P2">Upper case - the characters are shown in capitals (converse does not apply).</p>

<p class="P2">Lower case - the characters are shown in small letters (converse does not apply).</p>

<p class="P2">Title font - the first character of each word is shown as a capital.</p>

<p class="P2">Small capitals - all characters are shown as capitals. For words that begin with a capital, this is shown slightly bigger than the following letters.</p>
<p class="Paragraph">When exporting to MS Word format, all instances of strikethrough are represented as the single strikethrough because Word only supports this type.</p>
<p class="Paragraph"><help:help-text value="visible" xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help">When you mark this check box, underlining or strikethrough does not include spaces between words.</help:help-text></p>
<p class="Paragraph"><help:help-text value="visible" xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help">If you mark here then only the outline of the characters is shown. This effect does not work with all fonts.</help:help-text></p>
<p class="Paragraph"><help:help-text value="visible" xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help">Here you have the option to show the letters with a shadow behind them.</help:help-text></p>
<p class="Paragraph"><help:help-text value="visible" xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help">Mark this check box to have the selected text blink.</help:help-text> The blink frequency cannot be changed.</p>
<p class="Paragraph"><help:help-text value="visible" xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help">This is where you select the emphasis mark.</help:help-text></p>
<p class="Paragraph"><help:help-text value="visible" xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help">Select the position of the emphasis mark: <span class="T1">over the text</span> or <span class="T1">under the text</span></help:help-text>.</p>
<p class="Paragraph"><help:help-text value="visible" xmlns:help="http://openoffice.org/2000/help">Select one of the effects: <span class="T1">None</span>, <span class="T1">Embossed</span> or <span class="T1">Engraved</span>.</help:help-text></p>
